Carving Stations” Ham from the black-footed Iberian pig, and buttered cheese on toast

Mini skewers of mozzarella and anchovies with cherry tomatoes and pesto
Blinis with Philadelphia cheese and homemade smoked salmon
Goat cheese wrapped in filo pastry with honey and rosemary
Toasties of brioche with foie gras and red onions confit
Kataifi shrimps in potato crust with sweet chill sauce
Smoked duck breast skewers with dates
