Wine Lodge Tours
Our guided tours are available from Monday to Sunday, and are suitable for visitors with various levels of wine knowledge, as well as visitors with children. All the tours are accompanied by our brand ambassadors, who will walk you through the different areas of the Wine Lodge, share secrets of Madeira wine production and offer a wine tasting at the end of the visit. The tours take place throughout the day and are available in Portuguese, English, German, French and Spanish languages.

Premium Tour — 15.00€
This best-seller group tour of our wine lodge, covers essential information about Madeira wine, the history of the company, barrel making at the cooperage, wine storage in Brasilian satinwood vats, grape varieties and their transformation into wine. The tour includes access to the Blandy family museum with unique items from the history of Madeira island, followed by a tasting of 2 samples of Madeira wine.

This group tour offers advanced and detailed information on the ageing process of Madeira wines. Including access to the attics of the wine lodge, where our wines are aged in the “Canteiro” system, huge vats in the “Lions” Room, the Cooperage, and an exclusive view of the Blandy’s family’s private collection of unique vintage Madeiras. The visit is followed by a tasting of 2 Madeira wines in the Vintage room, including one Vintage (Frasqueira) sample.
